FOLDED AND HUNG’S FASHION SHOW FOR SAMSUNG’S I-IMAGINE EVENT

Samsung Philippines announced the winners of the I Imagine Shout-out Making Contest last December 8, 2009 at the Rockwell Tent in Makati with a grand celebration event featuring a very colorful and exciting fashion show from FH|folded&hung.

Folded and Hung’s fashion show featured three of it’s collections. The 2009 Holiday Collection which is inspired by a collage of vintage glam and pop that features the Drummer boy look with a feel of classic modern vibe that makes this collection very interesting. Then there is the FH Filipino Heroes Shout out Collection that is inspired by modern day heroes of our country which started at the height of typhoon Ondoy where we witnessed the Filipino spirit of Bayanihan, people helping each other unconditionally. With the emergence of Manny Paquio and Efren Penaflorida Jr., our heroes of the year who have brought us international prestige and have made us all proud to be Filipinos, the FH Filipino Heroes Shout out collection features a series of nationalistic slogan and icons. And then there’s the preview to Folded and Hung’s 2010 summer collection that transcends the typical beach looks. The Collection has tribal elements and inspirations with a fresh and young urban fashion statement that you have not yet seen this year.

The winning statements of the Samsung I-Imagine Shout Out Making Contest were: On TALK category, “I imagine and I will make it happen” by Isabella Martinez from University of Sto. Tomas (UST) . On PLAY category, Guillermo II Francisco also from University of Sto. Tomas (UST) with his shout-out “I Imagine our generation united in one beat.” And on LOVE category, Phili Jacinth Dayupay from Rizal Technology University with his shout-out “I Imagine total peace in 3, 2, 1”.
